This is the last month of our common adventure (at least of this chapter). Both of the results are ready and available on the project’s website (Study Report and Methodological Guide). The partners have realised their final events – in Carozzone on the 6th December, in Sanitas on the 8th December and in Lorqui, there have been two events – on the 8th and on the 18th December. All of the involved organisations have shared the outcomes widely, imagined the desired continuation and prepared first steps of the follow-up.

It is the moment to reflect upon these past two years, think about the time we have spent together, appreciate the high points and notice the challenges. We evaluate the project within our local teams and between the coordinators of this consortium.  We gather feedback from our local and national networks, we listen to the professionals who have been participating and contributing all along. We share some good practices and analyse the difficulties we have encountered.

Is is also the moment for the narrative approach to commence its practical implementation in the three districts, for the stakeholders to take the matter in their hands and continue the initiatives locally. The final events where an important opportunity to not only disseminate the results of the project but to launch new dynamics within their areas.

It has been a very enriching time for all of us. We express our gratitude to all the organisations and individuals involved. We thank Erasmus + Programme without which none of it would be possible.
